Who We Are

Scott Group is an Oklahoma City based property management firm providing full-service multifamily and commercial management across the metro and surrounding communities.

Founded in 2007, the company began by managing small urban and Class C communities before expanding into boutique properties and large-scale multifamily developments. Today, Scott Group manages a diverse portfolio that includes stabilized assets, active lease-ups, and mixed-use commercial properties—each supported by a hands-on local team.

Our Evolution

Scott Group’s growth has closely followed the evolution of Oklahoma City—shaped by opportunities that required the company to adapt, mature, and continually refine how it operates.

What began as a small, hands-on team managing a limited number of urban communities naturally expanded as the city grew and demand increased for more sophisticated, locally driven property management. The development of Level Urban in downtown Oklahoma City marked a pivotal moment, introducing larger-scale operations and deeper collaboration with development and construction partners.

Following the passing of founder Mel Scott, leadership transitioned to his son, Cooper Scott, marking a new chapter for the company. With a background in construction management and development, Cooper brought a structured, execution-driven approach focused on operational discipline, financial clarity, and scalable systems. At the same time, the company built on the deep experience of its long-tenured team while intentionally adding new industry talent to support continued growth and expand its capabilities.

Today, Scott Group operates as a fully scaled property management organization, supporting a diverse portfolio across corporate, onsite management, and maintenance roles. That growth has been intentional—driven by Oklahoma City’s evolving market, the expectations of our owners, and a commitment to adapting how we operate as conditions change. Rather than chasing scale for its own sake, Scott Group remains focused on disciplined growth, accountability, and management strategies tailored to each asset.
