The Lindy

View Community

The Lindy is a new multifamily community located in Oklahoma City’s Wheeler District, offering modern living within one of the city’s most thoughtfully planned neighborhoods and close proximity to downtown Oklahoma City. The community features thoughtfully designed studio, one-, and two-bedroom residences that complement the district’s walkable, community-focused environment.

Developed in two phases, the community will be fully amenitized upon completion of Phase II in March 2026, with pre-leasing currently underway.

Kelly Hollow

Kelly Hollow is a new multifamily community located in Edmond, offering modern living in a growing residential area north of Oklahoma City. The community features thoughtfully designed one-, two-, and three-bedroom residences within a setting intended to support both daily living and long-term residency.

The community is newly delivered and fully amenitized, with a focus on wellness-oriented spaces and English-inspired design, creating a refined and cohesive residential environment.
